Begin your Christmas feast with a complimentary glass of wine, chosen to complement the festive mood. Select from our robust red wine, a crisp dry white, or a refreshing spritzer for a non-alcoholic option. Each sip promises to be the perfect prelude to the culinary journey ahead.
Our starters set the stage for the feast. Choose from three exquisite options:
Smoked Salmon Salad: Delicately smoked salmon, combined with fresh greens, offering a light and flavourful start.
Biltong Salad: A nod to South African culinary heritage, this salad is a tantalising mix of local flavours.
Chicken Liver with Melba Toast: Rich and satisfying, this classic dish is prepared to perfection, ensuring a delightful beginning to your meal.
